Turbulent thursday

Time it took me to get dressed, brush my teeth and drive to work: 13 minutes.
I was however, 13 minutes late for work.

So far the day has been a pretty hectic one. This man came in, peddling his goods and we (my coworker and I) had to talk to him for a solid hour. Then this man came in to install a new phone-network in our backroom, but when he opened the door, he was so disgusted with how much garbage we have in there that he left and said "Call me when its clean".

Hence we (my coworker and I) have been cleaning out the backroom for the majority of the morning.

Its somewhat strange, just being the two of us here, in the Office, but I think in time we'll get used to it and have inside jokes and go for drinks together and such.

UPDATE!

My coworker just came back from Loblaws with a bag full of food and he was giggling, so I asked him what was so funny. Here is what was so funny:

He was walking back to the Office and got to an intersection. He was going to Jaywalk but decided against it, and just as he decided not to cross the street, this motorcycle got hit by a car!!!!

Not too worry though, he apparently wasn't injured because he got up and hit the car with his helmet.

My coworker thought that was hilarious.

OFF TO LUNCH!

I came to the conclusion that people who work/shop at Loblaws are incredibly slow. They have those stupid self-checkout machines, and people use them to check themselves out to save time, but they pick every item up carefully and then take like 20 seconds per item to find the scanning thing and then they put it in a bag and repeat. Its just ludicrous.

If you have 5 items, then okay, its a time saver, but then you have to wait in line behind these idiots with enough food in their carts to feed a small army!

Anyways, I guess I'm one of those idiots considering the lunch I'm currently eating came from there.

Well my work here is almost done, and on a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the worst and 1 being the best, I'd say today was a 5.

Quote of the day:
"Excuse me, what's in the potato salad?"
"Potatoes"

Also, this blog is totally noteworthy! CHECK IT!!!

Really, when you think about it, what could be more hilarious?
